Why do we do Pachchakhan: To take a vow/oath of abstinence from desires such as water and/or food.
Instructions to Start
Fold your hands (in front of Bhagwan’s photo if possible).
Insure that your mouth is clean.

Recite in your mind “Pachkhami” after “Pachkhai” is said in the audio
Recite in your mind “Vosarami” after “Voseree” is said at the end of the audio
Calculation of Prahar : Take total daytime (i.e. sunrise to sunset time), divide it by four then it will give one prahar time. i.e. if daytime is 16 hours then One Prahar = 16 hours/4 = 4 hours
